Ian Town

Ian joined ipac in 2007 and has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He has a common sense approach to advice and enjoys guiding people through the ever-changing landscape of financial planning and translating ‘financial jargon’ into understandable English.

Ian is a Certified Financial Planner®, a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia, holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Technology.

Ian helps people to build wealth, plan successfully for retirement and manage life transitions (such as career transition or loss of employment). He assists a range of people including senior executives, professionals and retirees. In particular, Ian has a special interest in helping clients plan the path to reach their lifestyle goals.
