    • We are bringing our experience and expertise in advice into a new, contemporary brand known as AMP Advice. AMP Advice provides a goals-based financial advice experience for clients. It’s a contemporary, technology-enabled, interactive face-to-face experience that centres on your personal goals and how we can help achieve them.
      With AMP Advice, you’ll be able to:

      •   Plan how you can get there with personalised advice tailored to your goals and needs

    • As an ipac client you’ll be used to talking about your lifestyle goals with your adviser and what they mean for your investments. We will continue to have these important conversations with you using some exciting new tools and technologies developed by AMP, to make this an even more engaging experience.As AMP Advice we have an exciting opportunity to transform the way you experience financial advice. It’s a new and innovative way to have deeper conversations about personal goals and most importantly, to help you achieve them.These exciting changes mean we are in a great position to continue to help people own their tomorrows through quality financial advice.The backing of our parent company AMP means ipac advisers have access to award-winning training, services, support, research and investments so you can be confident they have the knowledge, expertise and experience to help you achieve your goals.
  • Will my service experience change?
    • We are constantly aiming to improve service experience and with the support and backing of AMP, we’re able to do this. We have always been a team that prides itself on giving our clients responsive, attentive service, and that won’t change.We aim to not only continue to deliver this personalised service, but use contemporary technology, a new office environment and expanded offers to help make every conversation feel more personal, and ensure we are always focusing on helping you reach your goals.
  • Will my adviser change?
    • No – not as a result of this change. There is no change to who you deal with on a day to day basis. We will continue to have the same advisers and the same friendly faces when you visit us.
  • Will my financial strategies change?
    • No. There are no changes to your agreed financial strategies.
  • Will you only recommend AMP products now?
    • No. Both ipac and AMP Advice have access to a wide selection of products and solutions in the market.You can rest assured that only if a product is in your best interests will it be recommended.Any advice we provide will always start with you, your personal circumstances and what you need to help you reach your goals.
  • Will the ipac brand disappear?
    • Over time we anticipate all of the ipac advice locations will transition to AMP Advice.However, this will take some time. So for now some of the ipac locations will keep the ipac name and brand as the transition is implemented.
