    Pls just send print versions of these kinds of things in future. I can read a print version in 3 minutes, and skip over all the guff that I'm stil listening to over 2 minutes in. In fact, I've just turned it off as i can't be bothered. I'm a busy person and I need quick reports, not waffle.
