ipac community involvement
our people care about the community in which we live and work
As well as helping our clients lead happier, more fulfilling lives, we also try to make a difference in the broader community through volunteering, donations and sharing of expertise.

Hearts in Action
One of the ways ipac contributes to the community is through our involvement in AXA’s community program, Hearts in Action (HIA).
HIA is an important and much-loved part of the ipac culture by allowing employees, advisers and their families to make a significant difference to our partner charities through volunteering, fundraising and workplace giving.
HIA partners with seven charities - Brotherhood of St Laurence, Reach Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, Starlight Children’s Foundation, The Salvation Army, The Smith Family and Very Special Kids. In addition to funding selected projects and initiatives for these charity partners, our parent company also matches dollar-for-dollar employee donations made through the Workplace Giving Program.
We can help build a better Australian community through the HIA program. Read stories about our involvement >>
